What about the built-in browser?

The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page inside the App. The built-in browser does not collect data beyond what is listed above. It does support cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage so that the pages it loads can work normally. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

What can I submit through the Support form?

This data is only sent when you tap Submit. We use it solely to reply to you and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo capture is handled by your device's built-in camera app, which manages its own permissions.

How long do we keep it?

All network connections use HTTPS / TLS. Sensitive game state stays on your device and is not transmitted. Third-party services we use apply their own industry-standard security measures, described in their privacy policies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information involved.

What are my choices?

Is this app safe for children?

The App is a casual collection game rated for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Does this app involve real-money gambling?

No. Bass Trophy Master is a casual collection game. No real betting. No real-money winnings. No in-app purchases. No cash prizes. No links to real gambling sites. All artwork is stylized cartoon 3D — no real persons, no real venues, no real-brand tackle.

Are international data transfers involved?

Yes. The third-party services we use (AppsFlyer, OneSignal) may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where applicable they rely on appropriate legal safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers, as described in their own privacy policies.
